Daisley, 64, a former Baltimore County police officer and state insurance investigator, died Thursday at Good Samaritan Hospital after a long illness.A memorial mass was being celebrated today at Immaculate Heart of Mary Roman Catholic Church, 8500 Loch Raven Blvd.Survivors include his wife, the former Norma Yob; a daughter, Kristine Daisley of Baltimore; a son, Joseph Daisley of Baltimore; a brother, Thomas Daisley of Greenville, S.C.; a sister, Marion Powell of Ocean View, Del.; and his aunt, Elsie Dene Lieder of Baltimore.
