What: Howard County Historical Society's 36th Annual Holiday House Tour When: Sunday, Dec. 9, starting at 1 p.m., lasting five or six hours. Transportation: Eyre buses will pick up participants at the Miller Branch of the Howard County Public Library in Ellicott City. Cost: $35 for members, and $50 for nonmembers; price includes a yearlong membership.
