English conversation The Miller branch of the Howard County Library, 9421 Frederick Road, Ellicott City, offers "Let's Get Together: English Conversation Club." A "Picture Book Parade!" for ages 2-5 with an adult will be offered at 10 a.m. Thursdays at the Savage branch of the Howard County Library. The program includes a craft.
