Services for Hazel Gertrude Stalnaker, who worked years ago for what was then the Glenn L. Martin Co., will be held at 8 tonight at the Holloway Funeral Home in Salisbury.A graveside service is planned for 11 a.m. tomorrow at the Glen Haven Memorial Park in Glen Burnie.Mrs. Stalnaker, who was 80, died of congestive heart failure Saturday at the Peninsula Regional Medical Center.The former Hazel Gertrude Kimble was a native of Bowden, W.Va., and a former resident of Baltimore. She worked at the Martin plant in Middle River in the 1940s and 1950s.

Hazel Merbler, a former longtime resident of the Catonsville area, died Dec. 24 of complications of Alzheimer's disease at her home of nearly seven years in Bonita Springs, Fla. She was 81.She was born Hazel Wolf in Anne Arundel County, attended Catonsville High School and graduated in 1930 from the Baltimore Business College.She was employed by Baltimore-area firms, including the Glenn L. Martin Co. during World War II.She was a former president of the Catonsville Homemakers Club and participated in its crafts programs.

On June 1, 2005, HAZEL LAURA KNOX (nee Martin), beloved wife of the late Duncan Knox and devoted aunt of Helen Hoffman, William Kennard Smith, Raymond Franklin Martin, Arnold Martin, Bruce Martin and the late Milard Martin Smith and Wilson Machin, Sr. She will be missed by a host of other relatives. Friends are invited to attend a Graveside Memorial Service at Greenmount Cemetery on Saturday, June 11, 2005 at 11 A.M. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of your choice.
