James Loeffler will present "What's in a Name? The Oakland Mills Community Association will sponsor "Back by Popular Demand: An Evening of Jazz With the Lavenia Nesmith Quintet," featuring Lavenia Nesmith, an Oakland Mills resident and jazz singer.
