Sewell, Jr, beloved grandmother of Cory, Beth, Shaun, Brent and Kevin, devoted sister of Loretta Hamilton. Family will receive friends Monday and Tuesday 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. at HARRY H. WITZKE'S FAMILY FUNERAL HOME INC., 4112 Old Columbia Pike, Ellicott City, where a service will be held Wednesday 10 A.M. Interment Crest Lawn Memorial Park.

On March 4, 2006 GWENDOLYN R. CHAMBERS, dear mother of Jewell C. Chambers. Mrs. Chambers will rest at the JOSEPH L. RUSS FUNERAL HOME, P.A., 2222-26 W. North Avenue, on Wednesday from 3 to 8 p.m., with the family greeting friends from 5 to 7 p.m. Wake on Thursday at Douglas Memorial Community Church, 1325 Madison Ave., from 10:30 to 11:00 a.m. when funeral service will begin. Interment at Arbutus Memorial Park.

On June 29, 2009 W. GWENDOLYN (MORROW) MEDCALF, of Cumberland, Md. and formerly of Ringgold, Md., died, wife of the late George A. Medcalf; mother of Todd (Deborah), Thomas (Evelyn) and Travis (Elizabeth) Medcalf and grandmother of Kelley, Cassandra, Sarah and Kate Medcalf. Born in Catonsville and a graduate of Western High School, she was a homemaker, a pianist and an artist. Scarpelli Funeral Home, P.A., Cumberland is handling arrangements. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
