A gust of wind sent the top of a large tree crashing onto the windshield of a car traveling yesterday on the Beltway in Baltimore County, state police said. The accident occurred about 1 p.m. on the inner loop near the Greenspring Avenue exit. Two women in the car, ages 81 and 63, were treated for minor injuries at area hospitals and released, police said.
