A Pikesville man was killed Saturday in Westminster when the car he was in collided with another vehicle on Route 97, Maryland State Police said. Police identified the man as Terry Gail Clark, 58. The crash happened south of Hook Road about 1:30 p.m. Clark was in a Chevrolet Cavalier driven by Ethel Neta Maddox, 51, of Pikesville, police said. They were traveling south on Route 97 south when a northbound Ford Mustang driven by Michael Allen Smith, 55, of Highland, crossed the center line.

MARILYN GAIL SPUNGIN passed away peacefully at age 68 on February 7, 2007. Marilyn was predeceased by her husband, Joel, after four decades of marriage. Marilyn is survived by their three children Debra, Marc and Steven, their nine beautiful, loving grandchildren, her brother and sister-n-law, Robert and Gail, and her fiance Saul. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, February 11 at 2:00 p.m. at Temple Beth Am in Jupiter, Florida. After the service, family and friends will gather together at the Temple to mourn her loss and celebrated her life.

For most of her 58 years, Gail Amalia Katz has called home her beloved, center-hall Colonial in Baltimore's Mount Washington neighborhood. Katz was a child when her parents purchased the circa-1922 home near Pimlico Race Course in 1957. "These homes were built as summer cottages," she said. "There was no insulation, lots of tall trees, and [the houses were] away from the asphalt." Katz lived there until she went off to college and then married. Seven years later, in 1977, her parents decided to move to smaller quarters and offered the house to her and her husband, dentist Lee Katz.
