He leaves to cherish his memory Geraldine his devoted wife of 54 years, sons, Wayne and Bruce, daughters-in-law, Bettye and Kimberly, grandchildren, Damani, Imani, Nia and Trinity, sisters, Manie Shepherd and Dorothy Nelson, beloved former daughter-in-law, Myrtle, god daughters, Diana Toomer and Gay Pinder and many, many devoted relatives and lifelong friends. Viewing will take place on Sunday, November 19, from 1 to 5 P.M., at Locks Funeral Home, 1304 N. Central Avenue.

On October 14, 2006, IRENE MASZGAY; beloved wife of the late Joseph F. Maszgay; mother of Thomas Maszgay, Trixie Craig and her husband Bill, Stephen Maszgay and his wife Linda. Also survived by three grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, her sister Sue Fowble and a host of relatives and friends. Family will receive friends on Thursday, October 19 from 3-5 and 7-9 P.M. at Sterling Ashton Schwab Witzke Funeral Home of Catonsville, Inc., 1630 Edmondson Avenue, where funeral services will be held on Friday, October 20 at 10:30 A.M. Interment will be held at 1 P.M., at Garrison Forest Veteran Cemetery.

Funeral arrangements were announced yesterday for Lance Cpl. Matthew A. Snyder, the 20-year-old Marine from Westminster who was killed in Iraq last week. Visiting hours are scheduled tomorrow, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Pritts Funeral Home, 412 Washington Road, Westminster. A Mass of Christian burial will be offered at 10:15 a.m. Friday at St. John Roman Catholic Church, 43 Monroe St., Westminster. Interment will be at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery, 11501 Garrison Forest Road, Owings Mills.
