MAKOWIECKI of Dundalk, MD, devoted wife of Leonard Makowiecki, beloved mother of Lucille, and her husband, David, cherished grandmother of Maxon, Teresa and her husband, Chris, and Robert. Great Grandmother of Candie, Maxon, Jr., Christina, Brandon and Darren. Also survived by a sister, Irene and best friends to Mickey and Flo. In his recent column ("A silence from liberals that speaks volumes," June 23), Robert L. Ehrlich Jr. condemns Pfc. Bradley Manning as "traitorous. " His evidence? That Seal Team Six found Osama bin Laden in possession of materials Private Manning had released - to the world. Mr. Ehrlich's point is well-taken, but his accusation is unfairly selective. Recently declassified documents reveal that additional incriminating evidence was discovered in bin Laden's hideaway. A box of Rice-a-Roni was in his pantry.
