Izell Eugene Osborne, 23, of the 400 block of Ruby Drive, was charged Monday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with theft below $100.

Aberdeen A possible break-in was reported Saturday in the 400 block of West Bel Air Avenue. A truck was stolen Friday in the 1500 block of Perryman Road. Tavon Harvey, 18, of the first block of East Bel Air Avenue, was charged Monday with violating probation in a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault. An armed subject was reported Sunday at Mayberry and Perrywood drives. Aberdeen police report: A tire was cut last Thursday in the 400 block of Elissa Court.

Aberdeen Sheriff's deputies and state police report: Antoine D. Rushing, 20, of the first block of New County Road, was charged Thursday with trespassing and failing to obey a lawful police order. John Richard Brown, 28, of the 200 block of Walnut Lane, was charged Friday with first-degree burglary, third-degree burglary, fourth-degree burglary, theft greater than $100,000 and possession of drug paraphernalia. Warren E. Smith, 54, of the 100 block of Bouzarth Lane, was charged Sunday with possessing a drug other than marijuana and another drug-related charge.

Herron, 40, of the 200 block of Garner Drive, was charged Friday with disorderly conduct and failing to obey a reasonable and lawful order. Jylbeth Lynch, 28, of the first block of Smith Avenue, was charged Saturday with three counts of theft less than $1,000 and scheming to commit theft between $1,000 and $10,000.

Contressa D. West, 33, of the 4400 block of Antrim Court, was charged Tuesday with possessing a drug other than marijuana, obtaining drugs by fraud, possessing drugs with intent to distribute and defrauding state health care.

Aberdeen Aberdeen police report: A checkbook was stolen last Thursday in the 400 block of Chestnut Street. A mailbox was rifled through last Thursday at Burton Manor Apartments, in the 600 block of Cornell Street. Valentine's Day candy was stolen last Thursday at Walmart. Beer was stolen Friday at 7-Eleven, in the 700 block of West Bel Air Avenue. Bricks were in the road on Route 22 and Middleton Road on Friday. A fire at an Anne Arundel trailer park Wednesday morning killed one person and destroyed a double-wide mobile home, fire officials said. Firefighters responded to a call at 8:25 a.m. for a dwelling fire in the first block of Zona Street, in the Parkway Village mobile home park in Maryland City. The blaze took 40 firefighters from four departments 45 minutes to bring it under control, officials said. Firefighters found the victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene and has not been identified, after the fire had been put out, officials said.
