A man who was fatally shot early Friday while attending a party at an apartment near Morgan State University was not a student at the school, Morgan officials confirmed yesterday. Police did not release the name of the man, but Clinton Coleman, a Morgan spokesman, said police gave the school the victim's name, and that he is not in the university's student database.
