On July 21, 2008, ESTELLE C. Friends may visit the family owned MARCH FUNERAL HOME EAST, 1101 E. North Avenue on Monday after 8 A.M with Family Hour from 5 to 7:30 P.M. The family will also receive friends on Tuesday at 11:30 A.M. Funeral will follow at 12 noon.

On July 17, 2008, Melvin Foreman Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 25, 2008 at 10 A.M. Family Hour at 9:30 A.M. at Wylie Funeral Home located at 9200 Liberty Road, Randallstown, Maryland. Interment will be held at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery on Monday.

Further services will be held at the Mt. Calvary Star Baptist Church, 1725 N. Milton Ave., on Wednesday at 11A.M. with services to follow at 11:30 A.M.
