Edith Fore,81, the woman who turned a hip injury into the famous television commercial line "I've fallen, and I can't get up," died Thursday in Camden, N.J. Mrs. Fore became nationally known when she was featured in commercials for Life Call, a medic alert system company. She began making commercials after actually falling, hitting her head, and, with blood dripping into her eyes, activating her medic alert.
