On June 29, 2006, ALBERT BOWEN, SR., beloved husband of Emma Bowen (nee Martin); devoted father of Jean Hughes, Nancy Rizer, Janet Goetze and Albert Bowen, Jr. Predeceased by brother Harry Bowen. Also survived by 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Friends may call at the family owned Henry W. (nee Wirtz); loving father of Michael (Virginia) Mullineaux of Beecher, Ill and Gregory (Della) Mullineaux of St. Charles, III; cherished grandfather of four; great-grandfather of two; dear brother of Lucille Mullineaux of Westminster, MD and William (Delores) Mullineaux of Eldersburg, MD. He was a retired Internal Audit Manager for Amoco Oil. He was member of Faith Lutheran Church since 1960 and was a World War II Army Air Corps Bomber Pilot.

Graveside services for Janet Katenkamp Collins, a retired employee of the Social Security Administration, will be held at 2 p.m. today at Lorraine Park Cemetery and Mausoleum, 5608 Dogwood Road in Woodlawn.Mrs. Collins died Thursday of cancer at Richland Memorial Hospital in Columbia, S.C. She was 67 and had lived in Leesville, S.C., for the past 12 years.Born in Baltimore, she attended Friends School.Mrs. Collins worked at Social Security for four decades and retired in 1978 as chief of the travel unit.
