The National Weather Service is calling for Thursday to be cloudy in the Baltimore, with rain likely after 1 p.m., a high near 50 and east winds between 3 and 7 miles per hour. The chance of precipitation is 60 percent. Thursday night is expected to be rainy, with temperatures rising to around 54 by 3 a.m. and south winds between 7 and 14 miles per hour. The chance of precipitation is 100 percent. New rainfall amounts between one tenth of an inch and one quarter of an inch are possible.

The National Weather Service is calling for rain on Friday in the Baltimore area, with a high near 75 and winds becoming easterly around 5 miles per hour. The chance of rain is 100 percent. New rainfall amounts of one to two inches are possible. A flash flood watch will be in effect from 8 a.m. Friday until Friday evening. The weather service warns that isolated thunderstorms could produce damaging wind gusts Friday afternoon. Friday night is expected to be rainy, with a low around 69 and south winds up to 5 miles per hour.

The National Weather Service is calling for Tuesday to be mostly cloudy in the Baltimore area, with showers, a high near 81 and west winds between 10 and 15 miles per hour. Showers are likely and possibly a thunderstorm before 8 a.m. Between 8 a.m. and 11 a.m., there is a chance of showers. After 11 a.m., there is a chance of showers and thunderstorms. The likelihood of precipitation is 60 percent. A small craft advisory is in effect late Tuesday morning and Tuesday afternoon for the Maryland Chesapeake Bay and the lower tidal Potomac River.
