Yesterday Triple-A International League Charlotte 8, Ottawa 3: Mario Valenzuela crushed two home runs and Knights starter Josh Stewart allowed one earned run in six innings as host Charlotte cruised past the Lynx (26-41). Valenzuela connected for a two-run homer in the third inning and a bases-empty shot in the fifth, helping the Knights (34-33) win for the third time in four games.
