(nee Dippel); beloved and devoted son Edward A. DeWaters, III and daughter Cynthia June Balog and her husband Jason E. Balog; loving grandfather of Nathan Edward Balog and Noah Benjamin Balog; dear brother-in-law of Martin J. Dippel and his wife Celia, and Arthur V. Dippel and his wife Donna. Leaving behind a host of relatives and friends.
