We pick right back up at Mauricio's event. Kyle steps in and pulls Adrienne away. Adrienne's most upset that anyone could be so reckless, saying Brandi doesn't care about anyone's reputation, just attention. Pot, meet Kettle. Brandi's friend Dwight is the only man who actually addresses Paul's behavior, telling him he has no business speaking to a woman in that manner. Even Taylor asks if she's OK. I'm trying to figure out if she actually cares. Then Adrienne goes and calls her "crackpot crazy" and says she's "full of drugs.

What's new at Antrim 1844? Not much, really. If it wasn't your thing then, it still won't be now. But If you enjoyed coming up to Taneytown for your 30th anniversary dinner at the Smokehouse Restaurant, you won't regret the drive up to northwest Carroll County for your 40th. For one thing, the fixed price for six-course meal is $68.50, which is only $8 more than it was in 2002. The dining rooms, set on a lower level of the 1844 mansion, are as you remember them, formally set with pretty china and glassware, but cool and comfortable.

There are a few spots left at Thursday night's Casanova di Neri wine dinner at Aldo's. The dinner celebrates the re-release of the Brunello Tenuta Nuova 2007 from Casanova di Neri. A small, family company run by Giacomo Neri, Casanova di Neri has only 48 hectares of planted vineyards. In 2006, the Wine Spectator named their Brunello di Montalcino Tenuta Nuova 2001 the world's top wine, calling it "one of the best examples of the recent winemaking renaissance in Tuscany. " If that sounds like something you'd like to sip, give Aldo's a call.

I woke Thanksgiving morning to text messages from my sisters. Happy Thanksgiving, they said. My daughter sent a text saying she was jumping in the shower and would be leaving shortly to help me cook. I texted pictures of my dining room table, set with flowers and linens for Thanksgiving dinner. After dinner, I texted pictures of all the dirty dishes. My sister texted a picture of her Christmas tree, and her kids all texted her to say it looked great. I know, because I was copied in on the texting.

Superstorm Sandy has left the small town of Crisfield reeling from floods that destroyed homes and power outages that persist three weeks after the deluge. But the storm hasn't dampened the community spirit in this Eastern Shore enclave. Scores of residents expect to come together on Thanksgiving for a community dinner at the Elks Lodge, which is serving turkey and all the traditional side dishes — the majority of the meal donated. In preparation, a sign on Highway 413 reads: "Come one, come all. Dinner at 3 p.m. " "We are opening the doors to everybody and will do the best we can to serve them," said John Mackenzie, who calls himself the lodge's "official poobah.

Over the past few weeks, the dinner conversation sometimes got a little overheated at Jack and Will D'Angelo's Reisterstown home. With Jack playing for Calvert Hall's football team and younger brother Will playing for Loyola's, there wasn't much to agree upon when talk turned to the Turkey Bowl coming up at M&T Bank Stadium on Thursday morning. For the 93rd time, Calvert Hall and Loyola will meet on Thanksgiving Day, but this will be the first time that Jack, a senior starting lineman, and Will, a sophomore reserve receiver, square off. Athletes since they were little, both brothers have strong competitive streaks and, of course, that comes out in everything from pick-up basketball games in the driveway to video games in the basement to conversations about the Turkey Bowl at the dinner table.
