Brady Quinn's last start at quarterback for the Cleveland Browns was Sept. 27 in Baltimore. Benched at halftime of a 34-3 loss to the Ravens, Quinn will make his first start since then in Monday night's return match. Browns coach Eric Mangini announced on Wednesday the decision to bench Derek Anderson, who had completed just 42 of 89 passes - with seven interceptions - in his last three games against the Ravens. Quinn, a first-round pick in 2007, threw for one touchdown and three interceptions in three starts this season.

The reeling Ravens have to endure another quarterback controversy today, and it has nothing to do with Steve McNair. When the Cleveland Browns (5-4) play the Ravens (4-5) at M&T Bank Stadium, a sellout crowd of 71,000 will watch the quarterback it has clamored for all season (Kyle Boller) and the one it now wishes it had (Derek Anderson). Boller begins what could be a seven-game audition for next season's starting job now that McNair's run with the Ravens could be over.

In the "what have you done for me lately" world of professional football, quarterback Derek Anderson knows that his spot atop the Cleveland Browns' depth chart is - at best - tenuous. That's why Anderson, the former Ravens practice squad player, is hesitant to put too much stock in a seven-quarter performance that has Cleveland media and fans calling for him to start even if incumbent Charlie Frye's right wrist heals in time for Sunday's game against the Ravens at M&T Bank Stadium.
