Sweet Goodbye (6-5), a winner of six stakes races, headlines a field of seven fillies and mares in today's $70,000 Conniver Stakes at Laurel Park. The rest of the field is All Giving (7-2), Heaven's Voice (5-1), Fascinatin' Rhythm (6-1), Sterling Vow (8-1), Lori Z's Punch (10-1) and Call of a Lion (20-1). NBA: Will Bynum had a career-best 20 assists, Jonas Jerebko scored 18 points, and the Detroit Pistons beat the Washington Wizards, 101-87. Andray Blatche had 23 points to lead the Wizards, who lost their sixth straight game.

Laurel Park More Than a Cruise rallies to win Conniver Stakes More Than a Cruise stormed from last to first to win the $100,000 Conniver Stakes for Maryland-bred and/or Maryland-sired fillies and mares, the co-feature on Saturday's program at Laurel Park. Sent to post as the 8-5 second choice, the daughter of More Than Ready covered the 7-furlong distance under Julian Pimentel in 1minute, 25.55 seconds, drawing away to win by 33/4 lengths over Celtic Katie with Brenda's Way taking third.

Laurel Park Reshuffled Fritchie gains Merry Meadow The field for Saturday's $300,000 Barbara Fritchie Handicap (G2) at Laurel Park is significantly different from the one originally scheduled to race last Saturday. Four of filly and mare sprinters will not be competing this weekend, while another has been added into the mix. Parx Racing-based Winning Image and Villette are not permitted to leave the Philadelphia track because of a quarantine after an equine herpes outbreak.

All Giving returned to her winning ways with a galloping victory in the $70,000 Primonetta Stakes at Laurel Park on Saturday. Owned by Concepts Unlimited Stable and Catherine J. Smith , All Giving won for the first time since the Maryland Million Distaff Handicap at Laurel in September. The 6-year-old daughter of Allen's Prospect carried Horacio Karamanos to a 2 3/4-length victory in 1 minute, 9.55 seconds for the six-furlong distance over a fast main track. She had prepped for this start with a third-place finish in the seven-furlong Conniver Stakes last month.

Today With racing shut down tomorrow in observance of Easter, Pimlico presents the $50,000 Primonetta Stakes today as the feature on an 11 race card. If the entry remains intact, Burning Daylight Farms provides trainer Ferris Allen with an excellent chance of finishing one-two in the six-furlong event for fillies and mares. Argentine-bred Passeggiata, presently the stronger half of Allen's coupling, is making her initial appearance at Old Hilltop. At Laurel, she put a string of four victories together, including the Francis Scott Key Stakes and Barbara Fritchie Handicap.

Bold Affair caught front-runner Valiant Passion and rolled to a convincing victory in the $75,000 Primonetta Stakes, the feature offering Saturday at Pimlico Race Course . Abel Castellano asked the 4-year-old filly to engage Valiant Passion around the far turn in the six-furlong test and they pulled away to win by 23/4 lengths, in 1 minute, 10.67 seconds. Friend's Choice Farm's Halo's Security scooted through a narrow gap between the pacesetter to her left and a wall of horses to her right and won the 31st running of the seven-furlong, $60,000-added Conniver Stakes for registered Maryland-bred fillies and mares yesterday at Laurel Park.Halo's Security crossed under the wire in 1: 24 2/5, a length and a half in front over a fast surface.
