The National Weather Service is calling for Monday to be cloudy in the Baltimore area, with a slight chance of showers, a high near 75 and south winds between 7 and 9 miles per hour. The chance of precipitation is 20 percent. A coastal flood advisory is in effect Monday morning for locations along the western shore of the Maryland Chesapeake Bay from Anne Arundel County northward and for Washington, D.C., along the tidal Potomac River. A small craft advisory is in effect Monday night for the Maryland Chesapeake Bay south of Pooles Island and the lower tidal Potomac River from Cobb Island to Smith Point.

The National Weather Service is calling for Monday to be mostly cloudy in the Baltimore area, with a high near 87 and south winds 5 to 9 miles per hour. There will be patchy fog before 9 a.m., and then a 30 percent chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms. A coastal flood advisory is in effect through Monday night along the western shore of the Maryland Chesapeake Bay and the upper tidal Potomac River. A small craft advisory is in effect Monday night for the Maryland Chesapeake Bay from Sandy Point to Smith Point and for the lower tidal Potomac River from Cobb Island to Smith Point.

The National Weather Service is calling for Monday to be mostly sunny in the Baltimore area, with a high near 56 and winds becoming southeasterly of 7 to 10 miles per hour. A coastal flood advisory is in effect for the upper tidal Potomac River until 2 p.m. A small craft advisory has been issued for Monday night for portions of the Maryland Chesapeake Bay and the lower tidal Potomac River. Monday night is expected to be cloudy, with a low around 45 and east winds of 4 to 7 miles per hour.

The National Weather Service was calling for Wednesday to be rainy, with a high near 71 and east winds of 11 to 13 miles per hour. Rain could be heavy at times. Thunderstorms are possible after 2 p.m. New rainfall amounts of between a quarter of an inch and half an inch are possible. Wednesday night is expected to be mostly cloudy, with a low around 55 degrees and south winds of 10 to 15 miles per hour. There is a 60 percent chance of precipitation. The National Weather Service has issued a coastal flood watch for Wednesday evening and night for the western shore of the Maryland Chesapeake Bay, from Calvert County northward.

Mild temperatures are in the forecast for Friday across the Baltimore area, good for enjoying a long weekend or a start to holiday shopping. Temperatures could break 60 degrees after nearing that mark for the past two days. Skies should be sunny to start the day with clouds moving in over the afternoon, according to the National Weather Service. A coastal flood advisory is in effect for tidal areas of Harford, Baltimore and Anne Arundel counties, with high tides expected to reach about 1.5 feet above normal.

The National Weather Service is calling for Tuesday to be rainy and windy, with a high near 47 and south winds 25 to 31 miles per hour, gusting as high as 47 miles per hour. The chance of precipitation is 100 percent. New rainfall amounts between one half of an inch and three quarters of an inch are possible. A coastal flood warning is in effect until 8 a.m. Wednesday. A wind advisory is in effect until 2 p.m. Tuesday. A gale warning is in effect for portions of the Maryland Chesapeake Bay and the tidal Potomac River.

Tuesday night was expected to be mostly cloudy, with a low around 64 and south winds up to 6 miles per hour. Wednesday was expected to be mostly cloudy, with a high near 78 and winds becoming southerly between 6 and 9 miles per hour.
