On April 26, 2007, BRUNO E. BROTTO of Catonsville. Devoted husband of Gabriella (nee Fabi) for over 60 years. On November 4, 2009, MARY ANNA (nee Comes), devoted mother of Diann Butler and husband Kent Williams, Thomas Butler and wife Patricia Lenahan, dearest friend of Leland Morris, devoted sister of Joseph, Robert and John Comes and the late Francis Comes. Mrs. Butler was a waitress at the Hutzler's Department Store in Towson for many years. Jay Be F. Bernarding, a retired printer and champion duckpin bowler who was a member of the Baltimore Duckpin Bowlers Hall of Fame, died Oct. 7 of renal cancer at Sinai Hospital. The longtime Reisterstown resident was 66. Mr. Bernarding was born in Baltimore and raised on Parkside Drive. He was a 1961 graduate of Mergenthaler Vocational-Technical High School, where he had studied printing. He worked for 30 years at the U.S. Government Printing Office in Washington before retiring in 1998.
