The marriage of Miss Lindsay Warren Carter, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Hill Carter, Jr. of Ashland, to Noah Morgan Gerstmyer, son of Mr. and Mrs. William Randall Gerstmyer of Baltimore, took place on Saturday, September 30 at Fork Episcopal Church in Doswell, VA.
