Anne Arundel police have charged a 19-year-old city man with burglary after he was spotted carrying a TV at the North Linthicum Light Rail Station. Corey Monte Williams, of the 1800 block of Woodbourne Avenue, faces two counts of burglary and one count of theft in the incident Friday. Witnesses told police they had seen a man walking along Regency Circle near Minta Court with a television in his hands. A homeowner in the 200 block of Minta Court had just reported a stolen TV, police said.

Two copper-theft suspects arrested Tuesday on the Spring Grove Hospital Center campus in Catonsville have been charged with burglary, theft and destruction of property, according to Maryland State Police. Police have also recovered more than 130 pounds of copper pipe the pair had collected before their arrests, which state police said would be worth about $400 if sold as scrap. Charged were Dennis W. Dyer, 43, of the 8100 block of Mild Haven Road in Dundalk, and Matthew R. Blizzard, 29, who police believe lives in the Baltimore County men's homeless shelter off Wade Ave. on the psychiatric hospital's campus.

Baltimore County police are searching for a 48-year-old man charged in a series of burglaries targeting office buildings throughout the county. Baltimore County Police have released a composite sketch of a man they believe burglarized homes in the eastern part of the county between Thursday and Saturday. Four of the six burglaries took place in Perry Hall, all in the 5100 block of E. Joppa Road. The two other incidents occurred in Nottingham, in the 9200 block of Ramblebrook Road and the 9400 block of Dana Vista Road. All the burglaries took place overnight, between 10 p.m. and 10 a.m., and the thief entered through a window.

The McAteer children grew up seeing a reminder of their father's British boxing championship on the mantel, the prized Lonsdale Belt — made of gold adorned with porcelain medallions. Baltimore County police have charged a 49-year-old city man with attempted murder, assault and burglary in connection with the robbery of a Towson home early Sunday morning. Bradford Steven Holup of the 4000 block of Corse Ave. in Hamilton was being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center. He was arrested about 4 a.m. Sunday, after police found him in a car at Bosley and Chesapeake avenues in Towson. A 65-year-old man had returned to his home about 1:30 a.m. Sunday in the 500 block of Allegheny Ave. whem he discovered a burglary in progress, police said.
