Bullets coach Jim Lynam spent the past two years as general manager of the Sixers. Philadelphia is 0-3 under new coach John Lucas after Monday's loss at Chicago. Clarence Weatherspoon (21.3 ppg, 9.3 rpg) leads the Sixers, who have had disappointing production from 7-6 center Shawn Bradley (2.6 ppg)
