Opponent: Chicago BullsSite: USAir Arena, LandoverTime: 7: 30TV/Radio: HTS/WWRC (980 AM)Outlook: The Bullets and Bulls have met twice this season and Chicago won both games by a combined five points. The Bullets have nine wins in their past 11 games, but need G Rod Strickland to shake off the effects of Tuesday's sprained left ankle. Quick point guards give the Bulls problem, and Strickland has averaged 23.0 points and 7.5 assists against Chicago this season. For the Bulls (63-9), a 70-win total is still in reach.
