Opponent: Portland Trail BlazersSite: Memorial Coliseum, Portland, Ore.Time: 10:30TV: NoneRadio: WXZL (103.1 FM), WTEM (570 AM)Outlook: This is the second and last meeting of the season between the teams. Portland beat the Bullets easily on Dec. 13 at the USAir Arena. This is the first trip back to Portland for C Kevin Duckworth, who, after beginning the season as a starter, is one of the last players to come off the Bullets' bench. Former Bullets F Harvey Grant has fared a little better in Portland, but is far from the role he played last season for Washington, where he was the team's leading scorer.

VS. MILWAUKEE BUCKS* WHEN: Tonight, 7:30.* WHERE: Capital Centre.* TV: Home Team Sports.* RADIO: WTOP-AM (1500) and WINX-AM (1600).* OUTLOOK: The Bullets (29-49) are on a two-game winning streak, but if they want it to continue, they had better hope Pervis Ellison avoids the refs' whistles. Ellison, who has been a major part of the Bullets' offense and defense the past month, was seldom seen Sunday in the Bullets' 101-96 victory over the Miami Heat. Early foul trouble kept him on the bench much of the afternoon.
