A Brooklyn Park couple were hospitalized in serious but stable condition with stab wounds Monday and the husband is the suspect in the assault, Anne Arundel County police said. Police said the husband had stabbed his wife and himself, adding that the man, whom they identified as a suspect under police guard, will be charged when he is released from the hospital. They are both at Maryland Shock Trauma Center. Officers went to the couple's home around 8 p.m. Sunday after a report of a domestic assault and found the 37-year-old woman and her husband each with several stab wounds, police said.

Police arrested a 22-year-old Brooklyn Park man at Arundel Mills mall after he tried to ram a Baltimore police car before leading police on a chase along the Baltimore Washington Parkway, Maryland State Police said Monday. According to police, the incident began around 11:30 a.m., when city police saw a man participating in a suspected drug deal in South Baltimore and believed he had a gun. Police tried to stop the man, who was driving a 1998 Honda Accord. When the man wouldn't stop, the pursuit began, according to police.

Police in Anne Arundel County are looking for three teenagers they believe were involved in a fatal shooting early Friday during a robbery gone awry. Officers were summoned to the 100 block of W. Edgevale Road in Brooklyn Park about 12:30 a.m. Friday to investigate a shooting. When they arrived, the officers discovered Eric Javonn Hill, 30, inside his car, with a gunshot wound to the upper torso. Hill, of the 200 block of W. Edgevale Road, was taken by ambulance to Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore.

A second suspect was arrested Wednesday night on charges that he killed a Brooklyn Park man who was in his vehicle near his home July 1, said Anne Arundel County police. Rodney Barnwell, 22, was apprehended about 10 p.m. in a home on Ludlow Street in Philadelphia, where he has ties, according to police. A July 28 warrant for Barnwell and another man charged them with first-degree murder, armed robbery and related counts in the death of Adam Ray Bucklew, 21, of the 400 block of Audrey Ave. Bucklew was found apparently shot to death in his vehicle in front of his home.

Anne Arundel County Police are investigating the shooting of a Brooklyn Park man who was found dead in a car near his home Thursday. Police were responding to calls for a shooting in the 400 block of Audrey Avenue at about 5:35 p.m. when they found Adam Ray Bucklew, 21, inside a vehicle with several gunshot wounds. Police said witnesses reported seeing two men flee from the area, but they were not found after officers combed the area. One man was described as a black, in his late teens to early 20s, 5-foot-11, 190 pounds, with a bald head and a large tattoo on his left arm, police said.

Anne Arundel County police said Friday that they know of no motive in the shooting of a Brooklyn Park man killed in his pickup truck in front of his home Thursday afternoon. Residents of the community were planning a candlelight vigil Friday night for Adam Ray Bucklew, 21, remembering him as a pleasant man who had recently been promoted at work. Police received a call about a shooting in the 400 block of Audrey Ave. about 5:30 p.m., and arrived to find Bucklew shot in his Dodge Dakota, in front of the home where he lived with his parents just outside Baltimore.
