HOWARD ROSENSTEIN, age 63, of Ellicott City, MD and Lake Worth, FL, passed away on April 2, 2008. Beloved husband of Jeanne (NEE Berman), loving father of Heather Perfetta and Kerri Rosenstein, father-in-law of Patrick Perfetta, brother of Alan and Marvin Rosenstein, brother-in-law of Karen and Sandee, son of the late Harry and Gertrude Rosenstein. He is survived additionally by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. The interment will be at Beth Israel, Boynton Beach, FL on Monday, April 6th at 1:00 PM. Wayne Wright birdied the first playoff hole to give himself and partner Doug Wilson victory in the 26th annual Maryland State two-man team championship yesterday at Chestnut Ridge Country Club. The members of Hobbit's Glen's state team match championship entry, shot 33-37-70 for the regulation round. An 18th-hole bogey dropped them into a tie with Manor CC's David Boynton and John Ohly, who had finished about an hour earlier with 34-36-70.

It is all about money. Years ago, Baltimore Gas & Electric Co. under Constellation Energy Group cut their field workforce to as few humans as possible and then subcontracted much of their field work to electrical contractors. Any county government executive complaining to the legislature might as well be talking to the wall. The utilities have their lobbyist who with campaign contributions have no fear of any legislative action. BGE/Constellation top management are only interested in how big their payday is going to be when the merger takes place with Exelon Corp.
