The No. 7 Century Knights had heard about No. 6 Bryn Mawr. About how good they are, about how strong the Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland A-Conference is. So they came to the Mawrtians field with a goal. "We definitely wanted to give them a strong game and show them we're as good as they are," Allison Remenapp, the Knights' senior midfielder, said. And Century did that, as the two teams battled to the final four seconds before Bryn Mawr's Molly Danko scored the game-winner in the 3-2 match between the Carroll County public school and the private school from Baltimore.

Bryn Mawr goalie Molly Wolf saved the first four Roland Park shots she faced Tuesday and the Reds' girls lacrosse team could only hope an hour-long storm delay would cool the junior's hot hand. The thunder, however, didn't rattle Wolf, who came back to make a few more big saves and finish with 17 to lead the No. 5 Mawrtians to a 15-9 victory over their biggest rivals, the No. 9 Reds, in an Interscholastic Athletic Association of Maryland A Conference game. "The rain delay was hard," Wolf said.
