Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes from police reports in Baltimore City and Baltimore County. Baltimore City Southwestern District Shootings: Two men were standing in the 4700 block of Frederick Ave. about 5 p.m. yesterday when shots fired from a passing car hit one in the left arm, the other in the right arm and shoulder. Southern District Shooting/arrest: Police charged Simeon Ainsworth, 21, of the 3800 block of Pascal Ave. with attempted murder yesterday in the shooting of his 19-year-old girlfriend during an argument in their apartment Tuesday night.
