Damage was estimated at $800.Westminster: An Eldersburg resident told police Saturday that someone entered her vehicle while it was parked at Cranberry Mall and took property. Police Blotter is a sampling of crimes in Baltimore City and Baltimore County.Baltimore CitySouthern DistrictRobbery: A man, 37, was robbed of his eyeglasses, valued at $300, in the 2700 block of Spelman Road on Monday. The robber implied he was armed with a handgun and threatened to shoot him.Eastern DistrictAssault: Police were seeking a boy, 14, who shot at a man in the 200 block of E. Lafayette Ave. about 1: 30 p.m. Monday. The man was not injured.Central DistrictTheft from vehicle: Two bowling balls, a compact disc player, several compact discs and three pieces of luggage containing clothing, all valued at more than $2,000, were stolen from a 1996 Jeep parked Monday in the 100 block of Commerce St.Robbery: Two men, one with a handgun, robbed a woman, 25, of her bus pass, ATM card and $46 about 3 p.m. Monday in the 1800 block of Eutaw Place.

Howard County police arrested and charged a Baltimore man in connection with two burglaries of a hair salon in Ellicott City.About 3: 30 a.m. Friday, Sgt. John Mitchell noticed an Oldsmobile leaving the Hair Cuttery in the 9200 block of Baltimore National Pike, police said.A similar car was seen leaving the shop May 29 after a burglary, police said.Mitchell pulled the car over while another officer inspected the Hair Cuttery. The store's front door had been smashed and the office ransacked.
