Baltimore City Southern District Theft from vehicle: A French-made watch valued at nearly $3,000 was stolen yesterday from the console of a 2002 Chevrolet truck parked in the 700 block of Ramsay St. by someone who broke a window to gain entry. Shooting: A man was in the 2700 block of Spelman Road in Cherry Hill shortly before 1 a.m. yesterday when an unknown assailant shot him in the leg. The victim was treated at Maryland Shock Trauma Center.
