Reese: Firefighters responded at 7: 30 p.m. Wednesday to an auto fire in the 3000 block of Baltimore Blvd. Units were out 16 minutes.

Police Westminster: An employee of Progressive Insurance on East Main Street told police Tuesday that two laptop computers were stolen and a vehicle window was broken while the vehicle was parked at Cranberry Square. Loss and damages were estimated at $8,200. Fire Reese: Firefighters from Reese and Gamber responded at 8: 51 p.m. Wednesday to a mulch pile on fire in the 1400 block of Baltimore Blvd. Units were out two hours. Reese: Firefighters from Reese and Gamber responded at 5: 21 p.m. Wednesday to a trailer fire in the 2500 block of Baltimore Blvd.

Howard County police are investigating a double shooting shortly before midnight last night in the 8800 block of Baltimore St. in Savage, police said.Kurt Wall, a duty officer for the Southern District, confirmed that the shooting took place, but provided no details.Two people were flown from the scene to Maryland Shock Trauma Center in Baltimore, police said.
