Peacefully on March 2, 2008 ANNETTA VERONICA BACIGALUPA (nee Darago), beloved wife of the late Louis A. Bacigalupa, devoted mother of Louis W. Baciqalupa, Susan I. Bacigalupa and Ann Norris. Cherished "Grandma" of Corbie and Christen Norris, mother-in-law of JR Norris and Darlene Bacigalupa, dear sister of Veronica Reiss, sister-in-law of John Bacigalupa as well as being survived by many loving friends and family. Relatives and friends may call at the family owned AMBROSE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 1328 Sulphur Spring Rd., Arbutus on Tuesday from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 P.M. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Leo's Roman Catholic Church, 227 S. Exeter St., Baltimore, MD 21202 on Wednesday at the funeral hour of 10 A.M. Donations may be made to the church in Annetta's name.

On Thursday, January 20, 2005, ANNETTA Mc GAHA (Nee Gussio), wife of the late Oda S. Mc Gaha, Sr.; mother of Oda S., Jr., Arnold N. Mc Gaha, Sr., Nancy V. Mc Gaha and Patrick L. Mc Gaha, Sr.; sister of John Gussio, Arnold Gussio, Virginia Ireland, the late Salvatore Gussio, Lee Gussio and Marie Hebert; grandmother of Anita Collins, Sally Merritt, Arnie Mc Gaha, Jr., John Mc Gaha, Tim Kral and Tracie D'Angelo. Also survived by 14 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Mc Gaha worked as a baker at Highpoint High School.

On July 19, 2006, ANNETTA G. WRIGHT, 86, of White Hall, MD. She is survived by many friends and caregivers, and by her family of choice. Annetta was preceded in death by her brother, Melvin F. Wright. A funeral service will be held at 11 AM on Friday, July 21 at Ayres Chapel United Methodist Church, 3046 Ayres Chapel Road, White Hall, MD. Burial in Ayres Chapel United Methodist Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Thursday, July 20 from 6-9 PM and on Friday, July 21 from 10-11 AM. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Annetta G. Wright Memorial Piano Fund, c/o 2434 Bradenbaugh Road, White Hall, MD 21161.

SALISBURY -- Quarterback Lee Annetta set school records with 437 passing yards and five touchdown passes as Salisbury State routed Guilford, 41-3, yesterday.Annetta, who completed 28 of 42 passes with one interception, threw touchdown passes of 36, 5, 11, 2 and 13 yards. The senior finished his four-year career with a school record 5,817 passing yards.Annetta made sure his entire receiving corps got into the act. In all, eight players had receptions, led by Fred Grant, who caught seven for 159 yards.

A few days before the game, Annapolis girls basketball coach Dave Griffith became somewhat alarmed by the messages being sent back and forth between his star, Shannon Henderson, and St. Mary's Annetta Davis.Some St. Mary's boys who live in Henderson's Annapolis neighborhood were the messengers, carrying Davis' words to Henderson and Henderson's retorts back to Davis."It was about how Annetta said she was going to beat Shannon on the court, things like that," Griffith said.He asked Henderson if there was a problem between her and Davis.
