Gov. Robert L. Ehrlich Jr. and his wife, Kendel, hope to take advantage of one of the strongest real estate markets in history. They have listed their Mays Chapel Village town house for sale at $235,000. Maryland's first family moved out of 4 Ballyhean Court a few weeks ago to live full time in Government House in Annapolis. State property records show the Ehrlichs bought the Colonial-style home for $153,000 in 1997. The Mays Chapel home of Maryland's first Republican governor in 36 years is in Luther- ville/Timonium, which real estate agents say is one of the most-sought-after areas in Baltimore County.
