Who are these women? That's what I keep asking myself while watching this reunion special. I don't know if it's the studio lighting or the fact that Bravo's makeup artists beat these women's faces to within an inch of their lives, but something is different. Honestly, it's probably their behavior - so outwardly aggressive and petulant - that has thrown me off. Even Yolanda has been taken out of her character. When we pick things up at the second half of the reunion special, Kim and Kyle are still desperately trying to convince Lisa that Yolanda called her “full of s---” while they were in Paris.

Lisa and Ken's housewarming/vow renewal ceremony (is that what you call that?) is today! Lisa's a wreck, though, because she's too shy to proclaim her love in front of the world. Better get it together, because Ken is excited. Adrienne is throwing a party of her own, launching a new vodka line called "Zing," primarily their red velvet-flavored version. This looks like a Wonderland nightmare - complete with half-naked people pretending to be statues…until they start gyrating.

Finally, the night has come. Adrienne and Brandi are going to be at the same place, at the same time. Will it get violent? How much of her own foot can Brandi fit in her mouth? Will they finally give the rest of the Housewives something new to talk about? First things first -- the Lisa/Kyle showdown. Lisa is finally fed up with Kyle riding so hard for Adrienne, without any measure of consideration for anyone else. They sit down for drinks and Lisa (who seems way more upset by this than you'd think she'd be)

On a table in the Canterna family breakfast nook in Linthicum is a brigade of Beanie Babies dressed in pastel net tutus, their heads crowned with tiny beribboned wreaths. The whimsy of these dolls, which are being sold at local ballet schools to help pay the travel expenses for the two dancing Canterna sisters, belies the seriousness of the occasion they support.Tomorrow, 15-year-old Adrienne will set off for the International Ballet Competition, which begins Saturday in Jackson, Miss. The prestigious competition takes place in Jackson every four years.

For Glen Burnie senior hitter Adrienne Blake, volleyball is much more than a sport at which she happens to be very good. During the past few years, the game has been a blessing - a galvanizing, unifying and healing force for her and the entire Blake family. Her older sister Amanda played at Glen Burnie when Adrienne was in middle school. While sitting in the stands cheering for her sister, Blake was captivated by the movement and the inner rhythms of the sport. She studied the choreographed teamwork that led to scoring opportunities, the footwork, fundamentals and positioning of players on the court.

The conspiracy theorists are out in force after both Facebook and Google had technical issues yesterday. The outages of various services including Gmail appear to be unrelated. Facebook was down for about 20 minutes for some users and is back this morning. Google problems were more extensive, but they too appear to be resolved. But thankfully, Twitter has been unaffected and able to feed the paranoia.  Last night's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills featured a bombshell about the normally boring yet glittery Adrienne Maloof . But in a bit of crafty editing on Bravo's part, no one was able to hear the super catty comment that lead to the Jerry Springer-esque bleep-off.

We pick up right where we left off: at the dinner table, post-F-bomb. And it is tense, y'all. Brandi and Kim leave the table, and Lisa stays behind, defending Brandi as the other Housewives gasp at her lack of couth. Blah. When she and Kyle get back to the table, Brandi apologizes for swearing, but refuses to say she's sorry for telling Adrienne to shut up. Then she drops the news about her book deal, which pisses off Taylor, as predicted.   When Taylor released her tell-all, a short six months after her husband died, Brandi was the first one to criticize her. Now, Brandi's writing a book about her divorce, and Taylor calls bull.
