POLICE LOG* Ellicott City: 6200 block of Waterloo Road: A burglar stole cash and drank beer after entering a home on Tuesday. Police said there was no sign of forced entry.8500 block of U.S. 40: An unidentified man was seen driving off the Acura West lot in a stolen white 1991 Acura Legend. A security guard reported seeing a black and silver Ford Bronco II in the area at the time.

It had Maryland tags BMG 028.Ellicott City: 5500 block of Montgomery Road: Someone pried open the front door of a storage shed Tuesday or Wednesday, but police said nothing was taken.
