ACN Franchise Systems Inc., the Columbia-based corporate headquarters for A Choice Nanny franchisees nationwide, recently announced the addition of two new partners to the Howard County child-care referral service.Lorna Spencer and Donna Foreman were recently awarded partnership in ACN's Columbia franchise that performs such duties as interview parents to assess their child-care needs and evaluate nannies to determine their qualifications.Jacqueline Clark, founder and president of the ACN, will continue to retain a partial interest.
