Maryland State Police and Harford Sheriff's Office report: Aberdeen Trevor Bryant Lilley, 25, of the 400 block of Plaza Court, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged speeding, driving while his license was suspended and driving without a license. A caller in the 200 block of Spesutia Road reported hearing shots fired Saturday. Siblings were fighting in the 400 block of Stepney Road Sunday. Aberdeen Police report: Property was stolen from a yard and a vehicle was vandalized in the 700 block of Rand Street Tuesday.

A 24-year-old Abingdon man is being held on $30,000 bail after he was arrested and charged with committing an armed robbery April 6 at an Abingdon convenience store, the Harford County Sheriff's Office said. "Intense media saturation" of a surveillance video and photos of the suspect are credited by the Sheriff's Office with leading to the arrest of Jason William Foland, of the 600 block of Long Bar Harbor Drive. The video and photos were made available earlier this week and were posted on many Internet sites, including http://www.exploreharford.com.

Harford County Health Department will sponsor a series of rabies vaccination clinics later this month and early next month for dogs, cats and ferrets that are three months and older. Recognizing the very important public health value of low cost rabies vaccination of companion pets to prevent the spread of rabies, the health department has kept the fee for the vaccination at the very low cost of $5 per animal. "We are delighted to once again offer these $5 pet rabies vaccinations to the public.

Margaret Lorraine Fusco, a homemaker who had worked in department stores and run a day care center, died Oct. 10 of Alzheimer's disease complications at Citizens Care and Rehabilitation Center in Havre de Grace. The former White Marsh resident was 69. Born Margaret Lorraine Hennel in Baltimore, she was raised on Baylis Street and was a 1961 graduate of Patterson Park High School. She lived with her family for many years on Chesterfield Avenue in Belair-Edison. As a young woman, she worked at Tru Fit Clothes and the old Epstein's department store in Highlandtown.

Aberdeen Police report: Fraud was reported in the 200 block of Forest Green Road last Friday. Items were stolen in the 2400 block of Willoughby Beach Road last Friday. A burglary was reported in the 1400 block of West Jarrettsville Road last Friday. A domestic assault was reported in the 4400 block of Philadelphia Road last Friday.

Aberdeen William Thomas Cody, 24, of the 800 block of Shirley Drive, was charged Wednesday with second-degree assault and reckless endangerment. Fraud was reported Tuesday in the 4400 block of Kildare Court. Carlos Miguel Cortez III, 30, of the 300 block of Heron Street, was charged Wednesday with possessing a drug other than marijuana. Elliott Colin Gladden, 18, of the 1400 block of Cranberry Road, was charged Tuesday with violating probation in a case in which he was charged with second-degree assault.

Maryland State Police and Sheriff's Office report: Janmella Renee Kirksey, 22, of the 200 block of Mayberry Drive, was charged Tuesday with failing to appear in court for a case in which she was charged with driving while her license was suspended. David B. McFadden, 52, of the first block of Mt. Royal Avenue, was charged last Friday with failing to appear in court for a case in which he was charged with theft less than $1,000 and having a bad check more than $500.
