A 22-year-old man was arrested after a peeping tom incident in a Toys-R-Us bathroom in Glen Burnie Friday night, police said.

A woman was in a bathroom stall at the Toys-R-Us at 6711 Ritchie Highway around 9 p.m. when she saw a cell phone under the partition from the neighboring stall, then saw a man in the stall, police said. The woman followed the man through the store as she called security and 911, and the man was detained.

Marcus Travon McCurdy, 22, of Baltimore, was charged under the peeping tom statute and released on his own recognizance. Police said his cell phone was taken and used as evidence. He had no attorney listed for him in court records.
