The Harford County Sheriff's Office and Maryland State Police report:

Aberdeen

Tyrone Keith Sterrette, 35, of the 200 block of Perrywood Court, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

Aberdeen police report:

Jatierra Janae Briggs, 18, of the first block of Valley Bottom Road, was charged Tuesday with vandalism less than $1,000.

Brian Edward Logan, 53, of the 100 block of Armstrong Avenue, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault and trespassing.

Someone hit a deer in front of Gino's and Aaron's, on West Bel Air Avenue and Beards Hill Road, on Tuesday.

Someone was being harassed on Facebook and a cell phone, in the first block of Aberdeen Avenue, as reported Tuesday.

A theft was reported Tuesday at Walmart.

A ring was stolen from a car in the first block of Swan Street on Tuesday.

Juveniles were throwing rocks at a vacant home on Rigdon Road on Tuesday.

A possible scam phone call was reported Tuesday in the 900 block of Cambridge Avenue.

Possible identity theft was reported Tuesday in the 400 block of Windemere Drive.

Abingdon

Devonte Alexander Love, 21, of the first block of Singer Road, was charged Tuesday with robbery, second-degree assault and theft less than $1,000.

A home in the 1300 block of Harford Town Drive was broken into Tuesday.

A theft was reported Tuesday in the 500 block of Kirkcaldy Way.

A window was broken and people were arguing Tuesday in the 3100 block of White Oak Drive.

Bel Air

Kathleen Anderson, 57, of the 1000 block of Jackson Boulevard, was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which she was charged with driving while her license was suspended and driving while her registration was suspended.

Someone was in the woods Tuesday in the 400 block of Thomas Run Road.

People were throwing eggs in a man's yard Tuesday in the 100 block of Peppard Drive.

A skateboard was stolen Tuesday from the 800 block of Ellicott Drive.

Customers were fighting in a parking lot Tuesday in the 1500 block of Conowingo Road.

Edgewood

Possible arson was reported Tuesday at Edgewood Elementary School.

Vandalism was reported Tuesday in the 700 bock of St. Peters Court.

People were riding dirtbikes Tuesday on Woodbridge Way at Route 40.

A man who said he was hit in the head with a gun Tuesday somewhere in the Village of Lakeside was at Upper Chesapeake Medical Center.

A man trying to repossess a vehicle in the 800 block of Windstream Way said two to three males threatened to shoot him; he was going back and requested a police escort.

Forest Hill

Jerad Michael Fisher, 29, of the 1600 block of Denise Drive, was charged Tuesday with second-degree assault.

Havre de Grace

A caller said he was assaulted Tuesday at the park in the 2000 block of Chapel Road.

A needle was found Tuesday on the side of the 1400 block of Glenville Road.

Joppa

Copper was stolen Tuesday from the 1000 block of Gunther Lane.

Police were asked to check the well-being of a little girl walking with a man with alcohol.

Two vehicles left in a yard Tuesday in the 2900 block of Franklinville Road damaged the yard.

Street

Drugs were sold Tuesday in the 3300 block of Forge Hill Road.

Choeurn Phien, 31, of the 2100 block of South 66th Street in Philadelphia, Pa., was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with driving while his license was suspended.

Jonathan Sagataw, 31, of the 100 block of West 3rd Street in Cameron, Mo., was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with unlawful taking of a motor vehicle, theft more than $500 and unauthorized use of a vehicle.

Tidiane Ahmed Traore, 20, of the 2700 block of Sweet Clover Court in Silver Spring, was charged Tuesday with trespassing and failure to obey a lawful police order.

Kendrick Alphonso Frazier, 20, of the 5400 block of 15th Place in Hyattsville, was arrested Wednesday on a bench warrant in a case in which he was charged with failure to pay a fare.

Hogan David Smith, 28, of the 100 block of Vista Marina Road in Chesapeake City, was charged Wednesday with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace.

Dorian Rasnake, 27, of the first block of Queen Eleanor Drive in Elkton, was charged Sept. 7 with driving while his registration was suspended, negligent and reckless driving, driving while impaired by alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol.

Kathaleen Miller, 39, of the 9300 block of Hickory Road in New Park, Pa., was charged Sept. 9 with driving without the required license and authorization, driving with an expired license and speeding.

Wayman Henderson, 40, of the 200 block of Locust Street in Lancaster, Pa., was arrested Sept. 11 on a bench warrant in a case in which he is charged with driving while his out-of-state license was suspended and operating an uninsured vehicle.
