Fall festival

The Women's Ministry of the Lutheran Church of Our Redeemer in Glen Burnie will host its fall festival from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 27, at 7606 Quarterfield Road. The event features a bake sale, flea market and food. Vendor spaces are available at $10 per space. To reserve a space, call Arlyce Lohr at 410-674-4118 or Jerry Young at 410-437-9301. Crab feast

St. Stephen's Episcopal Church will host a crab feast from 2:20 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 27, at 1110 St. Stephen's Church Road in Crownsville. The menu includes all-you-can-eat crabs, corn on the cob, hot dogs and ice tea. Tickets are $40, $15 for children 5-12, free for those younger than 5. Information: 410-721-2881.

Helping Back Creek

St. Luke's Episcopal Church will host a Blue and Green Festival to celebrate and expand Back Creek restoration initiatives from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, at 1101 Bay Ridge Ave. in Annapolis. Information: 410-269-5419. 

Festival and dinner

St. James' Parish will hold its annual fall festival, country ham and oyster dinner from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, at 5757 Solomons Island Road in Lothian. The menu includes fried oysters, country and honey-baked ham, au gratin potatoes, green beans, coleslaw, rolls and biscuits, beverages and homemade pies. The festival will also feature bake and garden shops, crafts, antique cars, children's activities and guided tours of the church. Admission is free.
