September 12, 2014|By Pamela Wood | The Baltimore Sun

A crash on northbound Interstate 95 has shut down lanes just past the Baltimore Beltway in Arbutus.

The one-car crash at 8:30 a.m. caused the closure of two lanes and one shoulder. The two right-hand lanes of traffic are getting by, according to the Maryland State Highway Administration.

Emergency roadwork has closed one lane and one shoulder on eastbound Route 7 at Rossville Boulevard in Baltimore County. One eastbound lane is getting through.

Lanes have reopened on southbound Interstate 83 at Timonium Road, where there was a seven-car crash earlier.

On mass transit, there are minor delays on the MARC Brunswick Line between Garrett Park and Washington due to signal issues.

In Baltimore City, a number of road closures and parking restrictions are in place for the Star-Spangled Spectacular.

In Locust Point, Fort Avenue is closed east of Andre Street through Monday, Andre Street is closed between McComas Street and Fort Avenue through Monday and parking is off-limits on several streets in that area.

In downtown Baltimore, no parking is allowed Friday on the east side of Charles Street from Lee Street to Conway Street, on the west side of northbound Charles Street from Conway Street to Pratt Street and no parking on the west side of Light Street from Conway Street to Barre Street.

In south Baltimore, there is no parking Friday on the south side of Key Highway from Covington Street to Battery Street.
