All lanes are open on Interstate 83 in Parkton with the clearing of a two-vehicle collision at the MD 137 (Mount Carmel Road) exit on Tuesday morning, according to the state Department of Transportation.

Lanes are also open on MD 175 West in Fort Meade, where emergency roadwork from Disney Road to Reece Road has closed lanes for more than three hours, DOT said.

DOT also reported emergency roadwork on MD 150 East in Dundalk at Pembrooke Boulevard at 6:40 a.m. No additional information was given.

Maryland Transportation Authority officials said that Star-Spangled Spectacular events, slated to run at Fort McHenry from Tuesday through Sept.16, will create major delays at the Fort McHenry Tunnel and along the I-95/395 corridor.

The Maryland Transit Administration reported minor MARC train delays at 9 a.m.
