Baltimore County Police said Monday they had charged a man with attempted murder in connection with a Randallstown shooting from the end of last month.

Michael Dwight Conley, 25, is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.

On August 30, police went to the 3500 block of Carriage Hill Circle to investigate a shooting. Officers learned that Conley and the victim got into a fight in an apartment before Conley fired a shot, hitting the other man in the lower body, police said.

Both men fled the scene, police said, and the victim was treated at a local hospital.

Police obtained a warrant for Conley's arrest the day after the shooting and the warrant was served Friday, court records show. No attorney is listed for him.
