A three-vehicle collision at Bore 1 of the southbound Fort McHenry Tunnel has closed the tunnel lane at 9:06 a.m. on Friday, according to the state Department of Transportation.

The collision is among two incidents creating closures at the tunnel. Two southbound toll lanes on the Fort McHenry Tunnel remain closed on Friday morning due to a two-vehicle collision on Tuesday afternoon.

A single-vehicle crash on the inner loop of Interstate 695 in Catonsville at Frederick Road has closed the inner loop right shoulder at 8:49 a.m., DOT said.

Artscape officials said that several downtown Baltimore streets will be closed for the weekend event. Maryland Avenue will be closed from North Avenue to Preston Street, and two-way traffic will begin from Oliver Street to North Avenue.

The Maryland Transit Administration said that for the first time, residents from the Washington, D.C. area can travel to the festival via the MARC Train Penn Line's weekend service.

MTA reported at 9:15 a.m. that trains, buses and mobility vehicles were running on schedule.
