Traffic: Collision on I-95 South in Baltimore City

A two-vehicle collision on Interstate 95 South in Baltimore City at the Fort McHenry toll plaza has closed southbound toll lanes 18-19 for more than three hours after the state Department of Transportation first reported the incident at 5:18 a.m. on Wednesday.

Artscape officials said that several downtown Baltimore streets will be closed for the weekend event.

On Thursday, Charles Street will be closed from Preston Street to North Avenue. Lanvale Street will be closed in both directions from Maryland Avenue to Lovegrove Street. Lafayette Avenue will be closed from Maryland Avenue to St. Paul Street. Curb sides will be closed at East Preston Street from Charles to Lovegrove streets and Lanvale Street from Rutter Street to Mount Royal Avenue.

The Maryland Transit Administration reported at 8:47 a.m. that trains, buses and mobility vehicles were running on schedule.
