A second-tier winning lottery ticket, valued at $1 million, was sold in Cecil County prior to Saturday's drawing.

The ticket was purchased at the Happy 40 Liquors at 600 E. Pulaski Hwy. in Elkton. The ticket was one of four secondary winners, where five numbers — not including the Powerball — were matched. Winning numbers were 02-03-07-23-51 and the Powerball was 26.

There was no jackpot winner in Saturday's drawing, and Wednesday's drawing is valued at $50 million.
